Carl H. Sharperson, Jr. is a Leadership Innovation Strategist, speaker, author, and coach who helps leaders move from mediocre performance to maximized potential.
A United States Naval Academy graduate and former Marine Corps pilot, Carl went on to hold senior sales and operational positions with Procter & Gamble, Frito-Lay, and Colgate-Palmolive before serving as Vice President of Manufacturing for an international sports company.
Since launching Sharperson’s Executive Leadership, he has advised executives, teams, educational institutions, churches, and community organizations using a grounded approach shaped by military service, Corporate America, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and faith.
